  8. Provide of *Suggested additional ingredients: Shiitake, Shimeji, Beansprouts, Bok Choy, Garlic Chives, etc.

Instructions to make ‘Nikomi’ Simmered Miso Ramen:

  1. Cut all Vegetables and Pork into the size that is easy to eat..
  2. Place Water, Carrot and Cabbage in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to the boil..
  3. Once boiling, add Instant Ramen Noodles. When Noodles are half cooked, add Pork and Spring Onion, then add Soup and Seasoning. Cook until Pork is cooked and Noodles are soft..
  4. Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy immediately..
